SELF-PICKUP

Browse online and add product(s) to your bag.

At checkout, select Pick-up option as the delivery method and proceed to payment.

You will then receive an order confirmation email. Wait for your ready for pick-up email notification with pick-up instructions.

Have your order confirmation number ready at pick up.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post. You choose the address that works best for you and we do the rest!
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post's online tracking tool.
Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We always want you to be happy with your purchase!

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. Refund requests are granted for orders that have not been shipped.

In the event your order arrives damaged, please Customer Care @ nalyshopofficial@gmail.com for a resolution.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care @ nalyshopofficial@gmail.com.

If the correct item is currently in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost(shipping not included).

If the item is out of stock or has been discontinued and/or is a seasonal or limited-edition product, we will be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price instead.
