Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our online store are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. We accept payment by cash and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

​

We do not accept returns. All sales are final once shipped. Refund requests are granted for orders that have not been shipped. In the event your order arrives damaged, please Customer Care at nalyshopofficial@gmail.com for a resolution.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care at nalyshopofficial@gmail.com. If the correct item is currently in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost (shipping not included). If the item is out of stock or has been discontinued and/or is a seasonal or limited-edition product, we will be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price instead.
